Mother’s Day Gift Guide: Under $100

Mothers Day gift guide for the modern, trend forward mom

This marks my 3rd Mother’s Day, and most moms I know including myself…well, we all just want to sleep in and have a day or few hours to ourselves am I right? Nothing is more valuable than undisturbed peace and quiet, we moms need that even if it’s just for 10 minutes to reset. I truly hope that this Mother’s Day (and every day for that matter) you are able to carve some time for yourself, however that may look or feel like. And while different types of self care varies for all of us, I have rounded up some fun items that any mom would appreciate both receiving or gifting.

  • Face sculptor - Ideal to use on the face first thing in the am to depuff eyes and get blood flow circulating. Pro tip: chill in the fridge overnight for best results.

  • Hair Claw - Can a mom have too many hair claws? If you’re like me and don’t do buns, I love this brand of claw clips because of their quality (I have really thick hair) and this one is the perfect size to create a nice chic hold. Plus, it looks good on everyone, no matter the hair type.

  • 5 Min Journal - Taking 10 or less in the am or before bed to physically write down goals, thoughts, or notes is good for so many reasons. It’s not only therapeutic, but the act of writing can create calm, a better mood, and better sleep. This journal will not change your life, but it is intentionally there to create positivity to your day simply by putting pen to paper.

  • Eye Patches -: I keep these depuffing eye patches in the fridge and use these with my face sculptor. The gel is extra cooling under the eyes and it’s an instant spa like experience no matter how tired you may be.

  • Robe - My favorite robe that I own, and I have them in 3 colors. This one is from Goumi Kids and it’s incredibly soft and cozy. Use code “Connor” for an extra 20% off site wide.

  • Jade Gua Sha - If the mom in your life loves a face massage and hasn’t done gua sha, this is where she would start. The jade shape is designed to stimulate blood flow to the face and naturally contour. It’s a wonderful sensation when the right amount of pressure is applied, plus it helps lock in serums, oils, and moisturizer.

  • Tall Vase - Mom always gets flowers. This vase goes well with any home decor and it’s an inexpensive yet beautiful addition to any nightstand or kitchen table.
