I love Ritual vitamins. I specifically have taken their prenatal and postnatal for roughly 3-4 years. Currently, I take their women’s multivitamins. They are clean and traceable and what’s more, is that they don’t make you nauseous on an empty stomach. Their range is not only for women specifically. They have vitamins for teens and men, a probiotic, and if you are like me and need an extra boost of protein on occasion, their clean protein powders are fantastic to mix into any smoothie. 

Nutrafol

I’m sure you’ve heard about Nutrafol if you’ve ever experienced hair loss. I lost a ton of hair postpartum and I can honestly say that taking Nutrafol was one of the best supplements I’ve invested in. Over a 3-6 month period, I went from having major hair thinning to seeing a big change in growth with stronger and thicker hair in the spots that needed so much help. There are a lot of products that fall under the brand Cymbiotika, but out of the ones I have tried personally, I have to say that their Vitamin C and Liposomal Glutathione packets are a big hit in my house come cold season. They come in tiny pouches, are easy to ingest, and are very travel-friendly. What I didn't know until recently is that Vitamin C helps boost collagen production, so it’s like getting a 2 for 1 when combating colds or any throat tickle. 

Vital Proteins Collagen

Will take anything to help plump the skin, fight fine lines, and support hair and nails am I right? I’ve been taking collagen for a long time and I find that unflavored Vital Proteins mixed in my morning matcha is just part of my routine from here on out. The most important to me when looking for a collagen powder is that it blends smoothly, and this brand does very well in a frother. 

B12 Supplements

If you eat a balanced whole healthy diet, chances are you don’t need a B12 supplement. And while I strive to eat like this daily, oftentimes I just can’t.
